Overview

I was very impressed overall by both the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. The only thing I would say, however, is that the stairs within the auditorium were not very accessible for the ambulant disabled (I was non-weightbearing on crutches at the time of my visit) as there are no rails to hold onto. Also, the banister down the side of the main stairs into the auditorium was not the sort you could hold onto properly if needed. Therefore I was totally reliant on the disabled facilities the theatre offered.

Transport & Parking

I didn't use the disabled parking but I understand there is some in front of the building.

Access

Toilets

As far as I can remember, the disabled toilets were well equipped and the one on the level of the auditorium was right by the lift.

Staff

The member of staff who helped me did a fantastic job. He took me to the lift and even accompanied me up to the auditorium and came to collect me at the interval and at the end of the show. I needed something upon which to elevate my leg, and he brought a stool for the purpose.
