Excellent
I attended a concert here and was impressed with the facilities available. The stages house now all case kisses from a baby boy is at the far side when you enter and despite being one of the first there I still didn't make it to the front. The staff however made room for me so that I was in the front and could see everything! I don't drink so I wasn't bothered about the fact that I can get to the bar. My only criticism, and it is small, is that the disabled toilet is accessed by the main door. Whilst the spacious and has everything that you need, it is difficult to manoeuvre around people loitering at the entrance.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Access is mostly on one level, if you do need access to the bar you will need to find someone to go for you as this is up a step. There is one tiny step into The Caves but this was easily managed by my wheelchair. A word of warning though, it is a cobbled lane that leads you to the main entrance and I don't need to tell you how uncomfortable this can be.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
On street parking is plentiful. There are buses nearby however some of the hills can be tricky to negotiate in a wheelchair.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There is a fully operational disabled toilet however it is right next to the main entrance so can be a bit difficult to manoeuvre amongst the loiterers.
Staff
Excellent
The staff were fantastic and they made sure that I got to the front of the stage for the concert so that I could see.
