Barely suitable for wheelchair users

Poor

No disabled parking, no lowered kerbs for wheelchairs, ramp leading up to door but tight door placement made it difficult to steer wheelçhair.

Disabled Access In and Around

Poor

Ramp up to door but difficult to steer wheelchair in as not much room at door. Not on any public transport routes, fair walk from closest bus stop round the back of an industrial estate.

Parking & Transport

Bad

No disabled parking, not on a public transport route, fair walk to nearest bus stop. Narrow paths. No lowered kerbs for access from car park to path

Accessible Toilets

Bad

Disabled toilet was very small, barley enough room for a wheelchair never mind space for my carer, extremely difficult to manouever chair to get in or out of the toilet.

Staff

Good

Staff were good, apart from ordering drinks didn't really interact with staff but were friendly when we did.

Additional Information

Not a lot of space for wheelchairs, more aimed at families with walking age children.
