This hotel which invites all passing people to eat and drink there has no way for wheelchair users to enter. To do so people have to climb over 15 steps!

My carer entered the hotel and they said that no disabled facilities, including toilet,are in the hotel - furthermore there are no lifts to bedrooms! Why is this large hotel still open?
