Good step free access and wide isles but poor signs

Good
This supermarket has very good step free access for a wheelchair user. Although an elderly scooter user almost ran me over when I was in there.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Very good for drivers and those on foot/wheels. Level access to the front doors of the supermarket.
Parking & Transport
Good
I got a bus to here which stops directly across the road near a crossing. There is a stop for buses in the opposite direction just outside the store. They have a car park with designated disabled parking bays.
Accessible Toilets
0No sign of one, but there is a cafe in this store so there could be one, but the cafe was closed when I visited.
Staff
Poor
Staff are never very friendly in this store. The whole packing bags is a mess when they close the main tills early and make people use the express basket area. Very poorly designed.
Additional Information
The Co-op pricing labels are pretty bad in the frozen food area. I found some with a green background with a darker green text. I think colour contrast is a concept alien to the Co-op. I will get a picture of these next time I go there.
