I used these facilities as they were the closest to the Guildford bus station, where I was catching a bus (the bus station is attached to the Friary Centre). It is level access from the bus station to the disabled toilet. To gain access to the toilet I used my Radar key - there were details on the door as to where a key can be borrowed if you don’t have one with you. The toilet was very spacious and clean. As well as a toilet with support bars, there is a hoist, an adjustable height changing bed and adjustable height wash basin. This is one of the best public disabled toilets in Guildford.
