Overview
To start before I elaborate on some of the challenges there was, may I say that every member of staff tried their best to make my visit enjoyable Would definitely recommend even though the challenges and will definitely be back
Transport & Parking
Plenty room in the general car park but only 2 disabled parking spaces and a sign saying "reverse parking only" if you did that then you won't have room to get a wheelchair out.
Access
From the car park you then go up a ramp to the entrance door but like all other doors, the door isn't automatic. You start on the first floor and then go down to the ground floor via the lift
Toilets
The toilet was fine for me but if you needed a carer then this would have been a challenge as no space.
Staff
Very helpful and great throughout. I am sure that there'll be challenges if you go to this museum with a wheelchair and no carer but I am also sure that the staff would be happy to help and support you during your visit.
