Excellent
Level entry to ground floor, lift to mezzanine where accessible toilet is situated. Toilet meets spec and is exceptionally clean. Staff always friendly and helpful, will do anything I need but do not take over.

Free parking on street before 12 noon and after 3.

Excellent
Superb and my greatest bugbear is emergency cord cut short or tied up. This venue always meets spec.

All staff friendly and helpful but never intrusive or patronising.
