I booked ahead as I needed a wheelchair space and a companion seat. You can’t book the wheelchair spaces online so I emailed them and they rang me back a few minutes later. They take seats out in some screens, others have spaces anyway. The disabled loo is great, with all the usual rails, room to turn a wheelchair round, and the door is sliding with an easy lock, which was good as I’m always frightened of being locked in! There is a big car park alongside the Kinema but a bit gravelly ( not impossible as not deep) but you can park almost outside too - not marked disabled as such, but staff don’t mind. Inside, the screens are small, but Screen One on a Sat night has the man playing the old organ, which comes up out of the floor in the Interval. Sometimes he plays other days and other screens, so best to check. They sell tea and coffee which you can take in with you too! Lovely place. I go often.

All flat and easy. Small cinema all on ground floor.
Parking & Transport
Good
You could get a bus which stops by the Lancaster pub in the Main Street and then it’s probably 10 mins wheel ( flat) from there. There are disabled parking spaces outside the Kinema so you don’t need to use the main car park, which is huge. The disabled spaces are a bit rutty, so wheel slowly!
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Loo isn’t huge, so don’t expect a big Changing Places one, but I got in easily in a manual wheelchair and the transfer was left to right. Space to turn chair to lock door ( which is a sliding door with an easy catch. I locked it. I often don’t as I have fear of getting stuck!)
Staff
Excellent
Very helpful and will always remove two seats for you do you have loads of room.
