Good
Had a lovely meal for my dads birthday, very good food and good portions. Service was a little bit slow as it was very busy but we were all happy and they were really friendly Access summary: Narrow-ish doorways and may need help getting to the loo, but all flat or sloped. I managed all fine and had a lovely time- just would recommend not going alone.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Flat accessible entrance, but a narrow-ish doorway so you might struggle with a powerchair. For reference, my wheelchair frame width is 48cm/18.9” (excluding the wheels) wide and it fit but just about. Also a heads up, no motorised doors. Tight inside when it’s busy as it’s a popular pub, but there’s room to manoeuvre and flat access around.
Parking & Transport
Good
Small car park with a disabled bay with was free for us on a busy Friday night. In the middle of nowhere so not sure about public transport.
Accessible Toilets
Good
(See pictures attached) Little ramp and a door to get into where the loos are, I needed help holding the door as it’s hard to open while going up the slope in a manual chair. Disabled loo is unlocked (no radar key needed) and the door is very light. Nicely tiled disabled toilet / baby changing room. Not huge but a decent size. Just a basic disabled loo so no adult changing. Plenty of rails and a full length mirror on the door. Red emergency cord hangs all the way to the ground but with the lock (see pics) not sure if someone would be able to get in from the outside in an emergency, though there might be a way - I didn’t ask.

Staff were friendly friendly and welcoming. They seem that they’d be happy to assist if you needed
