When we visited the cafe lift was out of order. Same thing happened on our last visit a couple of years ago. So maybe work a phone call before you set off. Food was available to order at the gift shop and as it was a lovely day, so we could eat at one of the tables outside. Be aware, the accessible toilet is VERY low. If you have back or shoulder/arm problems this will cause you serious difficulties.

Signage was good and although it was quite busy, parking was okay. Very limited disabled spaces, but car park is level and everything is close by.

Excellent
Accessible toilet is well signposted, but not much space and as mentioned above. The toilet itself is very low - a real problem if you have back or shoulder issues. There is a shower in the toilet space, but it is up two steps and the floor in the toilet was wet, which could be a problem.
