Overview
Provision for disabled guests is poor with only one unsuitable room available in this large, upmarket hotel.
Transport & Parking
Valet parking available.
Access
Lift access to rooms and lower lobby. No accessible toilet on Lobby level. No level access to adjoining Nariman hotel, shops or cash machine (located in Nariman). Difficult revolving door to outdoor pool area.
Toilets
One on Pool level but none on lobby level.
Staff
All the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure the best stay.

Management listened to concerns about access issues and provided assurances of improvements to accessible room provision. Thank you.
