Great views, good provisions

Overview
Had a great experience with very good views of the gig at the Ovo arena recently using powerchair and cane. Very happy with all provisions, bar the single lift for disabled patrons/those in the seating area, meaning at the beginning or end of the show you could be waiting some time to enter/leave.
Transport & Parking
We booked disabled parking at one of the Wembley car parks (red). It would be a fair walk from the venue (5-10 mins) but was comfortable via powerchair. There are underground links available in the area but I cannot comment on the experience.
Access
step free access with priority entry. Lift to second floor and step free to find appropriate seating/wheelchair spaces. Disabled toilets available with radar key (can request one from staff if needed). Only downside is that there is only one lift, so we left the venue early so as not to get stuck in a rush of disabled patrons trying to get home and 6000+ guests in general at the event.
Toilets
Can't comment as didn't visit - I went to nearest toilet using cane (ambulatory user). Will be using accessible toilet at next visit next week. I believe there are multiple disabled access toilets available on the seated level.
Staff
Really friendly, very reassuring. I did ask for priority entry before visiting to make sure we could get situated, via customer services. We were allowed access to the venue prior to others, however we were not allowed access to our seats until doors opened.
