Wembley OVO Arena ✅ Scooter fit, clean, 3.5 accessible cubicles were available: 1 for Left Transfer, 2 for Right Transfer and 1 *cubicle with a sink, but no toilet* (may be useful for some access needs). Staff were on hand with Radar keys. ❓ It has 2 doors (one each end), both fitted with Radar locks. This caused confusion when waiting outside because normally Radar locks lead to one cubicle. They seemed like a pointless barrier. The end cubicle also caused confusion - went in only to realise there was no toilet and have to join a queue! ❌ Each cubicle was down to luck. If you specifically need a transfer side, you might be queuing a while. It didn't feel any quicker to the standard loos. Some flushers/taps were iffy (sensory). Not sure what the emergency cord situation was. The two door system also made queuing confusing
