Good
The museum is on a single level, making access easy. But everything is a little shoe horned in which would make taking a wheelchair around a no go.

Not wheelchair friendly and not for those who become over stimulated easily.
Parking & Transport
Good
I saw no disabled parking available on site, but there is on road parking just up the road from the museum. The museum is also on a bus route which stops right outside. (from Birmingham city centre)

1 toilet in the museum (It is only a small museum) but would be accessible to all EXCEPT those with older children or adults who have other needs.

Didn't have much contact with staff, so can't say.
Additional Information
Exhibits writing small, no B.S.L interpretation on dvd, cases all of a jumble.
