Overview
The only upside is the staff are very friendly and some are apologetic of the access issues
Transport & Parking
There is a car park that can be accessed from the front door which has around 10 steps and has no painted disabled bays. A bus stop is located within sight of the front door on Montrose road with buses from Arbroath bus station.
Access
Only one door is somewhat accessible on the Montrose road side but the path is uneven a high gradient slope from the pavement making it difficult to to get to the door without assistance and you have to pass through a gate with has a bolt on the other side and opens out towards the slope. The door is standard width with a large wooden threshold so difficult to get through.
Toilets
No accessible toilet, both men's toilet door are too narrow for my manual chair to get through
Staff
Most staff are apologetic and try and help where they can
