Overview
I visited Prahna Indian Grill for an afternoon tea experience with friends. The food presentation was stunning—definitely a feast for the eyes! While some things weren’t to my taste, it still felt like an indulgent treat. The experience was elevated by the atmosphere and attentive service, making it a great place to feel pampered. The price was good for the quality and setting.
Transport & Parking
Good transport links—there’s a bus stop almost directly across the street. I didn’t drive, so I can’t comment on parking.
Access
I couldn’t find much information online about accessibility, so I called ahead while booking. They confirmed they had a ramp, which was reassuring. When I arrived, the ramp was already in place, though I’m unsure if my friends requested it or if it was set up in advance. However, the ramp was quite steep. If you use a manual wheelchair, you might struggle—I had to build up some speed to get over it. Exiting was a bit nerve-wracking due to the incline. The entrance has a glass door, and while it was held open, it might be tricky if arriving alone or without a prior booking. We'd gotten there a little past peak lunchtime, so it was not too loud or too quiet for us.
Toilets
I didn’t use or inquire about the accessible toilet, so I can’t comment on it.
Staff
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I wish I had caught our server’s name—he was very enthusiastic and lovely! They also seemed well-prepared for my visit, and mentioned they had kept an eye out for my booking and request. That level of attentiveness was greatly appreciated.
