Overall Rating
Excellent
This store is huge! It sells all kinds of things and has really good disabled access.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Access in this store is great. It has lots of accessible features, including an accessible loo which is a must in a shop of this size! The main entrance has automatic doors and step-free access. There is plenty of room between aisles and a lift to the upper level. There are also manual wheelchairs available to borrow.
Parking & Transport
Good
There are accessible parking spaces outside the main entrance of the store. The nearest public transport is about a fifteen minute walk out of the central retail park.
Accessible Toilets
Good
I spotted customer toilets on the ground floor in the right hand corner as you walk in the main entrance. The accessible toilet was clean and spacious.
Staff
Good
Staff are friendly and happy to help, particularly if you're looking for something specific in this huge shop!
