I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets

Disabled toilet was unacceptable. The baby changing wall system was broken and could not be fixed in place. I had to duck under it to use the facilities. There was also a dirty baby nappy on the sink. The space all in all was prohibitive and inaccessible. I complained and to date my several complaints have been completely ignored.
