the room was on ground floor in court yard being in a wheel chair was quite difficult to get in room as had a high step had to get out of wheel chair and my husband had to help me up step, couldn't use the wheelchair in room , the room service was very quick and with a smile , breakfast in the morning was lovely plenty of room for my chair .
