Excellent
accessible restaurant with handy parking, modern menu, not too expensive with great views of carrickfergus castle and harbour.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
a reasonably long ramp at the harbour side and the same at the front, both leading to a completely accessible front door.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
large public free car park beside the restaurant with 2 disabled spaces beside the restaurant and more at the castle end of the car park
Accessible Toilets
Good
reasonably sized disabled toilet, well appointed but through a heavy fire door
Staff
Good
staff understanding and helpful but a little forgetful.... Had to ask for menu and order our coffee twice
Additional Information
We enjoyed our lunch but others came in for coffees and were equally welcome. Although too much for us there is a lovely walk around the harbour or along the seafront and the castle is open to visitors
