We needed a meal after a long 3 hour session of snow boarding at the Tamworth Snowdome and wanted to find a large pub that could accommodate a family of 4 inc one wheelchair user and 2 wet dogs - Vintage Inns are good a solid chain. Ample disabled parking but several cars had no blue badge which is annoying. Level access and and wide entrance, good sized public bar and multiple levelled restaurant. Our table reservation was perfect, ample space and right in front of a roaring fire. Good food, good service and a really pleasant atmosphere

Riven floor is quite uneven and the restaurant is on multiple levels due to the age of the building but this adds to the charm and has been managed well.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Vintage Inns do not monitor their disabled parking and sadly it is abused in more than one of their restaurants we have visited

Perfect size and facilities, could do with a steam clean
