Overview
We ended up at The Tower by accident, after the nearby Travelodge had messed up our booking (accessible room booked but non available upon arrival). We were only there for one night, but would definitely return. It was wonderful.
Transport & Parking
There is parking out the front for disabled guests. The carpark is at the back of the building, just a short wheel away, and has accessible parking spaces.
Access
Ramp to the front. Lifts to all floors. Large accessible room with spacious bathroom (wet room). Two sinks, for staying and wheeling guests. Breakfast room was fully accessible.
Toilets
There were public accessible loos (not tested) and the one in the room. Vertical and horizontal grab tails. Loads of room.
Staff
Exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The view from the breakfast room over the river was stunning. The food was also plentiful! If I am being really picky, the bed was quite high, but I managed to get on it without assistance and it was very comfortable.
