Overview

It's a great pleasure to give this lovely shop a five-star review. Access is fully step free, there's plenty of room inside and the staff are delightful.

Transport & Parking

Green Park station is near by and is fully step-free. Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria Lines. Lots of buses serve Piccadilly, so the accessible transport options are excellent.

Access

The entrance is step-free and there is plenty of space within the shop to move around. Everyone is on the ground floor. There is no seating except for the piano stool.

Toilets

This is not the sort of place where you would expect to find a customer toilet.

Staff

The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, delightful to interact with. They know a HUGE amount about whisky.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

There is a hand-sanitiser dispenser at the entrance, and the staff wore masks while interacting with us. There is plenty of room in the shop to maintain 2 metres social distancing. I felt very safe there. The range of whisky available in this beautiful shop is mind-bogglingly huge. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone interested in whisky.
