I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment and moving around.

I can transfer from my wheelchair, booked a transfer seat but seats were so low/uncomfortable this was unmanageable for me. Manager was rude and aggressive. The theatre has blocked off one of their wheelchair spaces so website incorrect. Toilet was completely inaccessible to me in my wheelchair.

I could not get into the accessible loo in my wheelchair. Really poor design. Wall opposite the door and the turn is so tight I couldn’t manage.

Manager was rude and aggressive when I discovered how awful their seats were. I felt really unsafe and nearly left because of it but knew we wouldn’t get a refund or offered another show.
