Access around the car park is generally good, with no potholes, which is nice to see. Signage at the entrance to the car park is clear, but there are no other access features of note. It would be great to see more accessible parking spaces in the car park.

There are 34 standard parking spaces, two EV charging bays and one accessible parking space. There are two Type 2 sockets offering 22 kW charging. Both sockets sit beneath a metal flap, which needs to be raised with one hand while the cable is inserted with the other. This is made more challenging by the fact that the charging terminals are mounted on a plinth, set back a short distance and protected by a perimeter rail, creating additional barriers to use. The card reader is also positioned quite high. The two bays are no larger than standard parking spaces. One is bordered by a standard space, and the other by the pavement, which is monoblocked and slopes upwards. This makes unloading a wheelchair from either side risky. For those using mobility devices, it is likely to be difficult to manoeuvre around the vehicle and attach the charging cables due to the barriers described above. If the bays were larger, with hatched markings on either side, and the charger was positioned lower and made easier to access, I would rate this location higher. As it stands, it is a pretty poor EV charging experience.
