Good
Overall the venue has good accessibility for rollator users. Staff very helpful, and the room was very quiet.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Main entrance has a ramp and a revolving door. There is an automatic standard door as well, but at the time of our visit, it didn't open automatically from outside. Inside there's a button to use. Once inside there are ramps and lifts so I had no trouble on the whole. Main entrance could be easier to access, revolving door not the best. Within the hotel we used the lift to our 4th floor room. After exiting the lift we had to pass through two manual doors which would have been hard to manage on my own.

Excellent
We drove. There's a decent amount of disabled parking bays, though during the day these did get busy. I don't have a blue badge, so we used a normal parking bay, but there was no signage to suggest we couldn't have used a disabled bay.

Very helpful staff on reception, around the hotel (holding doors) and in the restaurant. Staff were happy to advise on allergens and dietary issues.
