Third visit to this exceptional relaxing B&B. Warm welcome into this amazing house full of character. Excellent disabled facilities in room including riser recliner chair. En suite, good shower, adjustable heating, TV and coffee/ tea making facilities. Easy access short distance to dining room, sun lounge and patio. Wonderful full English breakfast with lots of choices. 3 minutes accessible walk to south promenade, beach and Spa theatre; 5 minutes to town shops. Welcoming host a mine of information on accessible restaurants and places to visit. Free car parking on site. B&B has many upstairs ensuite bedrooms for more able guests.
