Overall Rating
Good
Only 3 of the 5 rooms are accessible. We did the titanic themed room (since we stayed in the titanic hotel). It’s exquisitely designed to look like the inside of the titanic and the puzzles are challenging. The room itself is fully accessible, no steps, but the door into the second room within the escape room is slightly narrow. Unfortunately we didn’t escape. You can only book online and you pay full price for each person.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Flat entrance into the building and into the room itself. You will need an able bodied person with you to reach some of the puzzles. Also, one of the surfaces within the room was quite high. I recommend having a seat raiser on your wheelchair to be able to see. The door into the second room was slightly narrow so wouldn’t recommend if you have a really wide wheelchair though.
Parking & Transport
Average
There’s a car park a 10 minute walk away, without height restrictions.
Staff
Excellent
The staff were lovely. Gave us plenty of hints throughout the game (although we didn’t escape).
