To be fair, it's three years since I stayed here, but I will never stay here again! I was using a mobility scooter and was staying on my own. There are two sets of heavy, glass doors at the entrance and there was no electronic means to open either set. I had to knock the doors till someone opened them for me. I got my scooter into my room but it was so small I couldn't turn the scooter around to get out so I tried to reverse. The door wouldn't stay open. I shouted for 20 minutes before another guest came and held the door for me so I could leave the room.
