Overview
Stayed Fri - Mon in a twin room. There is no lowered reception desk but the room was a decent size. However, I had to move the beds to allow wheelchair access on the side needed, the pillows were lumpy & there was a flashing light in my room from the air conditioning unit, even when the lights were off. The hotel is on a busy road, so there is a fair amount of traffic noise.
Transport & Parking
There is a car park with blue badge spaces but if you are coming on foot/ by chair or scooter, or by public transport, it is not possible to go from the pavement to the hotel entrance without going through the car park.
Access
Entrance doors are automatic & wide but internal doors are heavy and awkward. You need to swipe your key card to get in to the stairwell. Lifts are also on the small side.
Toilets
I had an accessible room and the bathroom was a good size with a good number of grab bars, lowered basin and a big shower area with seat, but the floor was not non-slip.
