Good
Enjoyed a concert here. Good view of the stage, if a little far away. Excellent customer service. Disabled toilets not perfect, but OK.

There is a ramp outside to get you to the front door. 2 push button operated doors. Stewards on hand to assist if necessary.
Parking & Transport
Good
No onside parking. But huge St Savid's car park close by.
Accessible Toilets
Average
There is one toilet near the wheelchair section. It is large enough to turn a wheelchair. There are no handrails / grabrails though. And it could do with decorating / modernising. Didn't see a Changing Places toilet, but that doesn't mean to say there isn't one - I don't know.
Staff
Excellent
Best part of the visit (apart from the concert !). Staff were visible, friendly, informative. Special mention to Alan, who met us at the door, took us up in the lift, showed us to our places, and explained what was where etc. He was excellent.
