Overall Rating
Good
Long flat esplanade with tarmac pavement for easy wheeling. Would have got an excellent if it wasn't for the toilet.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
The wide pavement is tarmac and easy to wheel on. I'm not sure where the lowered kerb is. The Arbroath cliffs are well worth a visit, but they are up the slope shown in the picture. I think you would need motorised transport. The path at the top is tarmac and wide enough for a chair but the first part is a long, though fairly gentle, gradient. If you can make it up, the rock formations such as The Needle's E'e and The Deil's Heid are wel worth seeing. There is a helpful previous review of the cliffs which gives more detail.
Accessible facilities: Single-level venue
Parking & Transport
Excellent
I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
The whole of the esplanade, driving out of town and the larger parking area nearer The Ness (at start of cliffs) is available for free and unlimited parking. The only downside is that there are no designated Blue Badge spots but I don't think you would ever be unable to get a parking space.
Accessible Toilets
Average
The toilet is at the back of a building near The Ness. It needs a RADAR key. There is only a horizontal rail on one side. which is rather high to be very useful. The toilet seemed to be open, with key, after 6pm, unlike the one at the West Links. Morrisons in the town had an accessible toilet with horizontal rails on both sides.

Additional Information
There is a kiosk serving hot food and drinks. Not sure of opening times. When I spoke to the assistant in May last year it shut at 4pm at that time.
