Excellent
This was my 4th stay at Vindomora Lodges with my wife. I have found that the location and the peace and quiet have a very positive effect on her mental health she is more alert and interacts more, and while at home she sleeps a lot while here she is fully awake. I have in the past had to hire a profile bed and air mattress through a third party who then dealt with the supply company which made renting the bed very expensive. Craig now deals with the supply company direct and i have found the cost very competitive compared to other companies i have looked at. I would recommend that any equipment that you might require for your visit that you contact Craig to discuss your requirements.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
The access into and around the lodge was very wheelchair friendly.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
I use a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle to get to the lodges and parking is outside the lodge. Bus services do operate on the main road through Ebchester but there is a steep hill between the lodges and the main road.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
The bathroom is suitable for a wheelchair user with some mobility but lacks a rail to hoist. The shower is accessible using the shower chair.
