Nice pub in Oxfordshire village next door to CP public toilet

Overview
The pub itself is not ideal for wheelchair access but there is a public CP toilet next to the carpark which is great. We were able to get through the main entrance with a small ramp (ours not theirs) although the step was only about 2 inches. There is a large beer garden which is accessible from the carpark.
Transport & Parking
Large carpark next to the pub
Access
The large garden was accessible from the carpark, but there were steps down to the rear entrance of the pub. The front entrance has a small step which may be ok for some people, but we needed to use a ramp (our own one as sadly the pub didn't have one). There were 2 doors to negotiate which was slightly awkward - wide enough, but only just.
Toilets
This rating is not for the toilets inside the pub (don't know if there is an accessible one or not) but for the public Changing Places toilet next to the carpark.
Staff
Helpful but service was very slow.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The food was very good and was a reasonable price.
