We had an excellent stay here. Apparently the Hotel is 18 months old, but you would think it was brand new. There's not a mark anywhere. I need an accessible room, and room 104 is an accessible King Room, and was perfect. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Jazmin at check in. If all the disabled parking spaces are full (unfortunately including people without blue parking badges - what can you do about some people ??), you can park in the electric charging spaces. We only had to do this once though. The rest of the time, there was at least one disabled parking space free. We would definitely stay here again, if we were in the area.

I maybe being harsh, with only a Good rating. There are so many positives about this Hotel. I've "knocked a mark off" because we did come back once to there not being a free disabled space, with cars parked in them with no blue disabled parking badges. We used an electric charging space. And the door into where the accessible toilet is, was a nuisance. I needed my wife to open the door for me. An automatic door would solve this. Please don't take this out of proportion though. Overall, the accessibility is very good.

The accessible toilet is lovely inside. The only issue is it is through a door, that doesn't automatically open. So if you're on your own in a wheelchair, it is very difficult. Possible, but difficult. An automatic door would solve this.
