Excellent

Great venue for wheelchairs, but strong arms needed for pushing from the nearby accessible parking as the car park is on a hill.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

We booked a regular table (there are also bench-style tables which are not accessible). Step free access to the restaurant and nice shiny floors to wheel on.

Parking & Transport

Average

Plenty of accessible spaces at the top and bottom ends of the car park, however Wagamamas is in the middle and there are no spaces directly outside.

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

Spacious accessible loo. This was located away from the other loos (the regular toilets were upstairs and the accessible one was at the back of the restaurant, downstairs). A lovely loo with appropriate rails and decent tiles, low level sink etc. fab!

Staff

Excellent

No issues, as helpful and friendly to me as to other people. Not patronising either.

Additional Information

Book ahead so you get the accessible tables with regular chairs that can be removed, rather than bench seats.
