This Wagamama is located on the corner of a building and so has a lot of natural light going inside due to the floor to ceiling windows. The front door is quite heavy and I did struggle to open it on my own. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was quick and tasty. I found that the tables and seating were a bit high. I had opted to transfer to their seats because of the table height, but actually found it was quite uncomfortable for me. They had some powerful air conditioning in there which was really good, I was almost a touch too chilly towards the end! There was a small accessible toilet to use near the back of the restaurant.

There were no steps to get into the restaurant and none inside either. The front door was a very large and heavy door and I needed help to open it. Most of the tables were quite high up but there were possibly some lower ones towards the back of the space. The tables sometimes only left very narrow walkways between them which made it slightly tricky to navigate, for example, when I went to use the loo. I was given a physical menu and ordered with a staff member and then food and drinks were brought to my table. I was then able to pay via a QR code.

There isn't much parking nearby, only what is publicly available. It is quite close to the Royal Centre tram stop

    Accessible Toilets

The accessible toilet was at the back of the restaurant and needed a RADAR key to get inside. It was a little bit narrow but I managed okay with my manual wheelchair. The toilet had a cushioned back support and a cistern above it. There were grab rails around the toilet, including one that could be raised and lowered. There was a small amount of transfer space but it had been completely obstructed by a large bin that had been placed beneath the baby-change table. The flush was a small, circular button and it was mounted on the cistern. It was placed on the same side as the transfer area so you did not have to reach across the toilet to use it. There was a small sink in front of the toilet with a single tap. The tap was manually operated and had a lever handle, which seemed like it could be operated with a fist or elbow. The tap twisted to control both the temperature and flow of the water. There was a grab rail on either side of the sink and a manual soap dispenser and mirror above it. To the left of the sink was an automatic hand dryer.
