Overview

I would recommend trying to sit by the loos which are at the back if you use the outside entrance or at the front if you enter from inside the outlet village. This means you don’t have to travel through as many tight spaces to get to the toilet. Disabled toilet is decent.

Transport & Parking

I got a lift, but the Outlet village has public transport and free disabled parking.

Access

3.5

Wagamama restaurant is all entirely flat. The dor to enter from the outside entrance is heavy though, it’s not a power door. The biggest problem is access inside the restaurant is tight, all the tables are quite close together. Some areas are better than others for access, where we sat I had to squeeze through a very tight gap which required asking strangers to move their chairs slightly. It was definitely manageable for myself (my chair width is 48cm/18.9” excluding the wheels) but I wouldn’t call it good access. A different table may have helped though, I’d recommend sitting near the loos

Toilets

4.5

Disabled toilet is a standard, basic one so plenty of rails but no adult changing or hoist. Not huge but room to manoeuvre. Emergency cord hangs all the way to the floor. Well stocked, clean and tidy, and a full length mirror.
