The staff are some of the friendliest and helpful staff I have ever come across, nothing is too much trouble for them, this is across the board including security, bar staff, entertainment and so on. The park has two toilet and shower blocks, one on each touring field. Each block has disabled access showers, toilets and washing up area and run on the national RADAR key system. Enjoyed fishing, facilities are suitable for disabled anglers, with parking close to the lakes.
