Average
Access to old buildings like this multi level ancient mill is always going to be difficult. There are ways for the disabled to access all the public areas but they take a bit of time and need thinking about in advance.

There is a ramp up to the main entrance into the retail area. But three steps from there into the galleries and artisans. This can be circumvented by exiting via the ramp, and with the help of staff, reenter the building via a short temporary ramp through the emergency exit. This ground floor has a uneven surface. But there is a self-service lift from that (ground) floor to the gallery in the first and silk weaver on the second floor. This second floor has a very low ceiling with beams - though not a problem if you're in a wheelchair!
Parking & Transport

Only really accessible by car. No vehicles allowed on site but the neighbouring (cheap) Pay and Display car park has (only) 2 disabled spaces close to the mill.
Accessible Toilets
0Toilets are across the uneven courtyard by the Bistro. We didn't use them.

Good
Friendly and helpful.
Additional Information
This is a lovely place for gifts. Always worth braving the difficulties of accessibility. Items vary in price from a few pounds to thousands so always something in our budget. We particularly love the silk weaver on the second floor and we visited specifically to order a silk scarf for me, but came away with several other things.
