Overall Rating

Local hall with reasonably level access. To get in the main front door there is quite a big lip to get over but once inside it is much better. There are no automatic doors & the swing doors are quite heavy. There is the main hall then attached to the back there is a small area which has a bar in it.
Disabled Access In and Around
Average
As mentioned before there is a lip at the entrance door which can be difficult for some people to negotiate. The doors are also heavy to open. Otherwise it is easily accessible.
Accessible facilities: Single-level venue, Seating at regular intervals, Step-free access to most areas
Parking & Transport

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There are no signposted disabled parking spaces at this hall however people normally leave a couple of spaces near the door empty for people with mobility issues.
Accessible Toilets
Average
To get to the accessible toilet you have to go through the main hall then through the small hall which can be challenging if there is a function on with lots of people & tables to get around. The door out to the toilet is very heavy & it’s very difficult to open it, keep it open & get through with your wheelchair. I would usually get someone to assist me. The toilet is fairly small but I can manage in my standard wheelchair, just.
