A Fabulous Garden Centre and cafe.

Excellent
The garden centre and cafe are fully wheelchair friendly with plenty of parking . I would recommend using SatNav to find this venue as it is situated in the countryside . The staff are very helpful and are very "disabled aware" which is good. The cafe is open all day and but you cannot book in advance .
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Disabled Access is excellent and all on one level. Signage is good, and there is a ramp if steps are nearby. There is no lift. There are a few seats in the garden centre but plenty of seats around the cafe area.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
I travelled by car so have no knowledge of any public transport but it is deep in the country about 10 miles from Northallerton so perhaps a taxi from Northallerton? There is a large car park at Whitegates and includes Disabled Parking near the entrance.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There is a fully accessible and clean toilet, easy to find and space to manoeuvre. There were grab rails and space for a carer.
Staff
Excellent
All staff are friendly and very helpful. The staff in the cafe were exceptionally helpful which made for a great visit.
Additional Information
This is a Garden Centre with plants, seeds, bulbs etc. which is a delight and an enjoyable experience. I have no hesitation in recommending it and will certainly visit again.
