The food is very good for a buffet restaurant, and the staff were friendly.
Disabled Access In and Around

The main entrance is not accessible as there are some steps just inside the door. But there is another door down the side of the venue which is accessible. Unfortunately, there are lots of tables that have to be driven past to get to where the food is. Some of the chairs had to be moved so I drive down the narrow aisles between the tables. It wasn't too much of a problem as there weren't that many people in the restaurant. But had it been more busy it might have been a bit more difficult as people might have had to move to let me past.
Parking & Transport

There isn't any parking at the venue but this isn't really a problem as the Lucy tower multi-storey car park is a short distance away.
Accessible Toilets
0I didn't use the toilet so I can't comment on it.
Staff
Good
The staff seemed friendly and were helpful moving chairs for me. They quickly directed me to wear the accessible entrance was.
Additional Information
I enjoyed the food at this restaurant and I will probably go back in the future. It's definitely better than another Chinese buffet restaurant I know of in Lincoln.
