Excellent
Being used to my local zoo, it was really nice to visit a zoo that was mostly on the flat!
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
All enclosures were surprisingly open which meant at no point was it difficult to see into any of them. The zoo is so big that it didn't feel crowded or busy. Nice wide, smooth paths (some had flat cobbles, so a tiny bit bumpy) and you can also borrow a wheelchair if required. Do be aware that the birds at the zoo wander freely!
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Got there via the underground which was easy to use and pretty accessible too. Walking from the underground to the zoo was quick and easy with wide flat paths.
Accessible Toilets
0I didn't use an accessible loo, but there were plenty dotted around at restaurants in the zoo.
Staff
Excellent
Very helpful and spoke good English.
