We found this Zunder station located on-street within the town. It is highly visible from the road, though we noticed very little pedestrian foot traffic during our visit. There is a bench but nothing else, and there are no clear main facilities nearby.
Disabled Access In and Around
None of the bays are marked or designated for disabled users. However, the spaces have the potential to somewhat meet standards since they are wide, but they lack length and lead directly onto a town road. There are no signs directing you to the station from the road, but the units are fully visible from the street environment. The ground sits on a slope. There are bollards around the station, but they are positioned well and do not obstruct direct access to the charger. There is a minimum clearance path of 1200 mm from the charge unit to the vehicle socket point, and you can reach all core hardware components within 220 mm. The components are easy to view, reach and operate, with the bottom of the handle connector socket sitting between 800 mm and 950 mm, and the terminal screen positioned between 800 mm and 1000 mm from the ground.

There are 4 bays in total at this location, and 1 was occupied by another vehicle when we arrived. The chargers are run by Zunder and deliver a rapid 150 kW charge. Our battery was at 54% when we arrived and reached 100% in around 40 minutes, costing a total of 18.05. We paid by card, but the units also support app, RFID/charge card and QR code options. The screen interface lets you choose from multiple languages, including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Euskara (Basque). The charger has its own attached cable and connector. While the spec sheet notes cable management is present, the heavy lead weighs 5.9 kg and is dragged directly on the floor. Removing the connector from the socket and putting it back in place required moderate force.

Additional Information
There is no dedicated help point or customer assistance option on the units. Our visit took place during the day, but overhead lighting is present at the site. No structural shelter or canopy is provided over the charging station.
