Now in its 11th year, the Access Survey is the UK’s largest and longest-running survey of its kind, gathering real experiences from disabled people, their friends, families, and carers. It’s your chance to share what going out is really like - from the brilliant examples of accessible places that get it right, to the frustrating barriers that still make things harder than they should be.
Your feedback makes a real difference. Each response helps build a clearer picture of accessibility across the UK and supports change - informing decision-makers, businesses, and venues about what needs to improve. Together, we can highlight what’s working well and push for more inclusive design, better access, and greater understanding.
The survey takes around 30 minutes to complete. Your time is invaluable in helping us shape a more accessible future together.
Thank you for sharing your experiences - your voice truly matters to us.
