The Euan's Guide app is here! Trusted disabled access reviews, now in your pocket.
Whether you're planning a day out, heading somewhere new, or need to find an accessible toilet nearby, our new app helps you find places that work for you. Find out what they’re really like, from disabled people, carers and families who have been there.
Find what matters to you
- Search near you, or anywhere you're heading. You'll find disabled access reviews of cafés, restaurants, theatres, hotels, attractions and transport hubs, and lots more.
- Filter by facilities like accessible toilets, Changing Places, hoists, wet rooms, step-free access and accessible parking.
- Read reviews from people who get it, who know what to look out for.
- Map or list, your choice, with directions just one tap away.
Every venue shows its access features up front, with ratings for access, parking, toilets and staff - so you'll know what to expect before you even leave the house as well as when you’re out and about or on the go.
Share what you know
If you've been somewhere, your review could make someone else's day out. You can review a place while you're there and a sentence or two is enough, so you can review on the spot. Upload your photos, videos and text immediately or save it and publish it when you’re ready.
What’s different about the app?
- Speak it - use your phone's own dictation instead of typing.
- Quick reviews – upload pictures and videos on the spot.
- Rate it with a smiley!
- Lost signal? Interrupted? Your draft saves automatically.
- Enjoy the community feel - thank someone whose review helped you.
Designed and tested by disabled people
Accessibility is at the heart of the app. Our team and our User Panel of disabled people tested it, using the assistive technology they use every day. It has also been independently audited against WCAG 2.2 AA.
It works with the settings you already use, including VoiceOver, TalkBack, text size, contrast, reduced motion and dark mode.
Download it today
Free to download, and you don’t need an account to start looking.
