We're trialling something new: a check of your Euan's Guide listing by our team.
It's the first part of Venues+, our new offer for venues, with more following this autumn.
This isn't an access audit. We won't be assessing your building or issuing a certificate. It's a fresh look at the information in your listing itself: is it clear, specific, and does it tell a disabled visitor what they need to decide whether to visit?
In our most recent Access Survey, 42% of disabled people told us they'd avoid a venue altogether if they couldn't find access information beforehand, simply assuming it wouldn't work for them. Your listing is how they find you, and this is a chance to make sure it's doing its job.
How it works
Get in touch using the form below, and link to your existing venue listing, or create a draft one first if you don't have one yet
We check it over and send clear, specific written feedback on anything that’s missing or unclear
You can review our suggestions and edit your listing
While we get this up and running, we're offering this service for £100 to the first 20 venues that sign up. You'll be supporting an award-winning charity at the same time as we continue to make the world a more accessible place for disabled people and their friends, families and carers.
Want more? On our radar: online consultations and in-person visits, for venues who want to go further. You can register interest when you sign up, and we'll keep you posted.
