Zero attempt to make the building wheelchair accessible - huge step (I can get up standard kerbs in my chair - I couldnt get up this) A simple temporary ramp would have solved this. Im an ambultory user so was able to shuffle in while my wife lugged my folded chair in - (we had booked ) Once in it was clear it was not possible to move around the place in a wheelchair, there was no disabled toilet, the corridor to the new toilets was too narrow for a standard wheelchair, everything was too close togather to move around, the tables appeared to be fixed. All of this despite the building having been recently gutted and the brand new cafe inside built from scratch.
